A1 : We use the finest air couriers to ensure that your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time.
On receiving your order, Couture Oracle will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. On the day we dispatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your airway bill number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online.
At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us regarding queries related to your orders and Couture Oracle will try its best to keep you well informed and updated.

Q2 : Do I have to pay any Customs and Import Duties?
A2 : You may be subject to Import Duties which are levied once the package reaches your Country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Q3 : How long will it take for the shipping process ?
A3 : The delivery will be with in 7 working days after date of shipment. You will also be intimated over e-mail once your merchandise is dispatched.

Q4 : Can I return an item ?
A4 : Items available at the Couture Oracle Shop are handcrafted with hand embroidery and hand printing and each piece is created for you individually. The ladies wears are made on order and hence we are constrained to have a policy of "no exchange no return". Kindly be informed that Couture Oracle will not be able to refund any online sales at our website under any circumstances.
Couture Oracle firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered.

Q5 : Can I Cancel an order ?
A5 : Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.

A8 : On certain high value items on our site which have a 6-12 weeks lead time of delivery, we would accept a percentage of the payment as advance and the balance can be paid a week before the goods are shipped. Incase of a cancellation after the advance has been paid and the goods already been commissioned the advance will be forfeited.

A10 : Yes, Couture Oracle has maximized its efforts to provide a complete on line shopping experience. We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements and you may wish to :
a) Order an outfit which is not showcased on our website
b) Modify the design (embroidery, pattern, fabric) of a showcased outfit at
c) Add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse,
d) Have a specific dress for a specific occasion
All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order.

a) Send us an email exclusively describing your requirements in detail. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible.
b) You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with price. (if possible, we will attach digital image(s) of the same).
c) After mutual confirmation on price and design, we will send you an email with your unique Custom Bag link.
d) This link will take you directly to a custom bag page wherein you can see all the items that you requested.
You can then complete this personalized purchase online using your credit card.
